ATELIER CLARTE - CLARA PLANES ARCHITECTE is available for new projects

Born in the Pyrénées Orientales, Clara Planes grew up in the Cerdagne mountains and then continued her schooling in Perpignan. After graduating from high school, she enrolled at the Montpellier National School of Architecture (ENSAM). Through various internships and an Erasmus year in Argentina, she completed her degree program, earning her Bachelor's and then her Master's degree in architecture.

In 2018, she obtained her State Diploma in Architecture. She then left Montpellier to settle in Lyon. There, she worked for almost three years at Architecte Ingénieurs et Associés (AIA), a large firm where she had the opportunity to work on beautiful projects and even won a competition. The scale of public projects is appealing, but she yearned for something more intimate. She therefore decided to leave Lyon to return to her roots.

In 2021, she returned to the Cerdan plateau, in the heart of the Pyrénées Orientales, where she set up as a self-employed entrepreneur to begin with. She worked with a local architect to discover the projects, companies, and expertise of the sector.

In 2022, she obtained her Habilitation à la Maitrise d'Œuvre en Nom Propre (HMONP), which allowed her to open her own company, Atelier Clarté, which is an extension of these years of experience. She assists you in your projects, most often residential projects. She enjoys the relationship with clients, getting to know them and their wishes, to create a project that suits them together.

Whether for new construction, renovation, houses, or apartments, Clara Planes will provide you with the best possible support for your project. She also works on professional projects, including hangars, bakeries, hotels, and more.

When working with the architect, the client has the option of being assisted with the sketch and building permit process, as well as consulting with contractors and site monitoring. Clara Planes adapts to her clients' needs, always placing communication at the center of her projects.
